Sources: Leonsis plans to move Wiz, Caps to Va.

Ted Leonsis, the owner of the Washington Wizards and Washington Capitals, is expected to unveil plans to move the two teams to a massive new development in Alexandria's Potomac Yard neighborhood, sources told ESPN.
